"Q" always had a special place in my studies on the historical Jesus, since I attended the Institute on Sacred Scripture ( Dallas PA), where I was given the 'text of Q' by Dr. (Sr.) Wendy Cotter (CSJ).

Mack's work The Lost Gospel added further insights, enough to emphasize the importance of Q in my course "Exploring Christian Roots" at the Academy of Lifelong Learning of the University of Delaware, starting in 1997. 

And of lately James Robinson's book The Gospel of Jesus  has deepened my insights even further.
