An introduction to what Spirituality is all about, connecting it with the new cosmology, and relating it to Jesus' teaching on the Kingdom of God. 

Practical Spirituality as a search for meaning and purpose in life has been based in Part I on Tolle's "The Power of Now", while Part II will continue the search with the help  of Tolle's work "A New Earth".  It will connect the great writings of ancient times, as well as the mystics and modern spiritual writers.

Part III will be looking at what we have learned previously but now looked at from the viewpoint of Joshua Abraham Heshel's writings, primarily his work "Man is not Alone".
